What’s the difference between health food and healthy food? The first term is associated with wheat germ, lecithin powder, and a slew of other ingredients that the average eater finds boring. Healthy food, on the other hand, is what they serve at True Food Kitchen, a Phoenix-based restaurant chain, that offers up dishes that are not just good for you but good.

The organization just acquired a new investor in the person of media mogul, philanthropist, actress, and producer Oprah Winfrey, who visited the branch in Santa Monica, Calif., and was impressed. “I love bringing people together over a good meal,” she said in a news release, adding:

When I first dined at True Food Kitchen, I was so impressed with the team’s passion for healthy eating and, of course, the delicious food, that I knew I wanted to be part of the company’s future.

According to USA Today, Oprah will not serve as a spokeswoman, as she has done for Weight Watchers, but will function as a collaborator and consultant to grow the business.
