When it comes to pizza, New York does it best hands-down. And when it comes to beer? Well, as one prominent car rental company used to advertise, we try harder. Next Friday, Jan. 19, see for yourself how far New York has come when Harlem Hops Chelsea hosts a beer tasting event focusing on craft selections from New York’s Hudson Valley Brewery (Beacon) and Root + Branch Brewing (Copiague).
Guests will enjoy a flight from each brewery along with a generous sampling of Harlem Hops’s bar food as they learn about the brewing process and mingle with fellow suds enthusiasts. Brewery representatives will be on hand to guide guests through the tasting experience and answer any questions they may have.
Tickets, which may be purchased here, are $55.20. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
