Lamano, the cozy purveyor of Spanish small plates that opened earlier this year in Chelsea by the Jorge Guzman Hospitality Group, has just added a host of daily specials to augment its pintxos (that’s tapas with a Basque accent) and tinned seafood (think mussels escabeche and navajas, which combines razor clams with chickpeas, olives, and vanilla).

On Mondays an all-day happy hour centers on sangría, while Tuesday brings an assortment of charcuterie that embraces ham, chorizos, blood sausage, and chistora — the quick-cured Basque sausage.

Wednesday is paella day: Choose from the traditional (shown at the top of the page), the negra, or vegetarian.

The pièce de résistance on Friday meanwhile is roast suckling pig, with apple compote and mojo verde roasted potatoes.
