If you’re looking for evidence that the New York restaurant scene is alive and well after a year in purgatory, look no further than the 2021 Michelin Guide.

As in years past, the city has more than its fair share of star-worthy dining locations. The number of restaurants so honored is 68. This year there are seven newcomers, all earning one star: Rezdôra, Tsukimi, Jua, Kochi, Francie, Don Angie, and Vestry. The city’s three-star elites from the 2019 guide are back in that much-coveted category.

Without further ado, the envelope, please.
