Chefs for Impact, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering generations of sustainable eaters, will be hosting a one-of-a-kind dining experience in partnership with Chef Ari Miller and Heraclea olive oil tomorrow, Oct. 27, at Nimbus Kitchens in downtown Brooklyn.

Chef Miller will be plating up a 5-course meal highlighting seasonal produce from local farms and educating diners on the rich flavor profiles in sustainably produced olive oil. Attendees will celebrate the exclusive launch of Heraclea’s limited edition Chef’s For Impact olive oil tin, featuring custom artwork by Nancy Pappas.

Tiered ticket options beginning at $150 are available for purchase, with general admission including a welcome drink, 5-course dinner, and wine pairings. Upgrade to take home a custom Heraclea x Chefs for Impact olive oil tin. The dinner will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

All proceeds will go toward supporting youth education programming on sustainable food chain practices.
