It could be the biggest collab between two beloved flavors since peanut butter met chocolate: Veselka, which has been plying New Yorkers with outsize servings of gut-warming Ukrainian food for seven decades, is partnering with corned beef master Katz’s Delicatessen to present the world with the pastrogi, a pierogi stuffed with pastrami.

According to a press release, the mash-up was “developed after weeks of testing and trials by both storied restaurants.” Limited daily quantities of the pastrogi will be available for one month only at Veselka’s new Williamsburg outpost, which is scheduled to open June 5. A limited number will also be sold on Veselka’s website.
