If 2024 was the year of any cocktail, it was the espresso martini. The drink made its appearance on the menu of virtually every bar and lounge in town. Its ubiquity was such that the coffee-scented cocktail even showed up briefly as a fragrance.
If your personal passion for espresso martinis is beginning to flag, you’ll want to send it a wakeup call next weekend when the Montauk branch of coffee vendor Bluestone Lane will be handing out free versions of the cocktail that have a little something extra. That something is Vita Coco Coconut Water & Spiked Coconut Water Cold Brews, which lends the cocktail a refreshing hydrating kick.
The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, and Saturday, Aug. 10.
