Camari Mick, pastry chef at the acclaimed Michelin-starred Musket Room, is  collaborating this week in a pop-up featuring predominantly black chefs, bakers, and entrepreneurs who have gathered in recognition of Black History Month. The edible fruits of their labors go on sale today, Feb. 21, and next Sunday, Feb. 27, packed into food boxes sold out of the restaurant from noon to 2 p.m. The cost per box is $80, and Mick and her fellow creators will be on hand to greet guests.

Each box will contain two whoopie pies made by Mick herself, five pieces of Ghanaian bread by Nana Araba, two sunflower praline macarons by Jamal Dailey, two sweet potato cappelletti with sauce by Aretah Ettarh, three baggies of a spice blend sampler by Zoe Adjonyoh, two bon bons by Rachel Bosset, a container of jerk sauce  along with a recipe by Brittney Williams, and a green sauce and recipe by Luciana Lamboy.
