Despite his involvement with the Make It Nice hospitality group, which operates the three-Michelin star Eleven Madison Park, restaurateur Will Guidara has never lost his passion for red sauce (aka Sunday gravy). His partner in culinary magic, Daniel Humm, has been obliging Guidara with regular infusions of lasagna, shrimp scampi, and chicken parmigiana for nearly a decade.

Now for a limited two, the two are sharing their old school Italian-American dinners with tutto New York at the pair’s NoMad Bar on Sundays.

The pop-up, known as Mamma Guidara’s, will continue serving its four-course prix-fixe through Christmas Eve, when the the pop-up ends with a bang, offering the Feast of the Seven Fishes. The per-person cost of each Sunday adventure is $68.

Tables are available between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m for parties of up to six people, but the house encourages diners to come down a little early for some snacks. Reservations can be made through Resy by clicking here.
