You may know the name Chris Cosentino as the winner of Season 4 of the show “Top Chef Masters.” You may also know him as a competitor on “The Next Iron Chef” or for his appearances on “Iron Chef America.” You may even have dined in his pork-centric restaurant Porcellino in San Francisco.

Now you have a chance to meet and enjoy a four-course meal prepared by Cosentino at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen. On Oct. 18, the chef will be at the Broom Street venue, where he will unveil his new cookbook. “Offal Good: Cooking from the Heart, With Guts.” Each guest will receive a copy.

The evening will begin with a chance to meet and mingle with the chef over custom cocktails and canapés. Then it’s on to a seated four-course dinner with wine pairings. The menu will include a starter of Iberico pork tartare with hazelnuts and scallions. Next comes beef tendon, with chili, pistachio, and mint.

The main event will pair pork belly and “angry” prawns with black bean chili.

Conclude with a refreshing bay leaf panna cotta.

The cost per person will be $150, which includes gratuities. The event will run three hours, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased here.
