Bombolone Fest, a celebration of Italy’s answer to the jelly/cream-filled donut, will be coming to town in February. The event will be co-sponored by Unregular Bakery and the Underground Donut Tour.
Attendees will be regaled with free samples of the confection, and a contest among pastry chefs will be held to determine who makes the best bombolone.
