If you don’t have plans for tomorrow, you might consider checking out the Brooklyn Whiskey Festival, at the Brooklyn Expo Center. The event, which will allow you to sample over one hundred styles of whiskey and spirits, will also be semi-educational. Experts will be on hand to walk you through some of the intricacies of spirit making.

The festival will focus on whiskey of all stripes from Irish to Scotch to America’s national spirit, bourbon, but for those who prefer their “poison” in non-whiskey form, there will also be vodka, gin, tequila, and other potions on hand. A full list of the offerings can be found here.

There are two sessions, one running from 3 to 5 p.m., the other from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets, which can be purchased here, go for $70, $15 for designated drivers.

The Brooklyn Expo Center is located at 72 Noble Street, Brooklyn.
