Mark your calendars. Next Thursday, Sept. 28, Campo Grande, purveyors of premium Spanish Ibêrico pork, will be popping up at Black Seed Bagels to give away egg and cheese bagel sandwiches topped with jamón Ibérico that has been freshly sliced from the paleta on-site.
The decadent sandwiches will be made to order and distributed between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. from Black Seed’s classic New York food cart, which will be parked outside of Ray’s Bar (177 Chrystie Street) for the evening.
