What, you didn’t know there was a National Pie Day? When it comes to food, nearly every edible you can imagine has a holiday devoted to it. There is even a day set aside for the glorification of glazed donuts. (Non-glazed donuts have their own day.)
For National Pie Day, which falls on Jan. 23 this year, Little Pie Company on W. 43rd Street, is giving away three pies. Entering the contest entails no more than posting a photo of one of the company’s pies on social media, along with the hashtag #LittlePieDay.
If your picture is selected, LPC will deliver a free pie to your home (or ship a pie if you live outside the New York area).
