Regular readers of this column know that New York is a city where dreams come true. In June, for example, we reported that an East Village bakery was transformed into Hot Fellas Bakery, the fictional bakery in the Max series “And Just Like That,” going so far as to hand out pastries and coffee to visitors.
Now, comes word from Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences that this fall, Central Perk Coffeehouse, the fictional hangout that was a second home to the six “Friends” in the sitcom of the same name, will become a reality in NYC!
Set to open in Times Square, the “Friends”-inspired coffeehouse will be a must-visit, featuring artisanal coffee drinks, delicious series-inspired menu items, exclusive merch, and unforgettable memories.
The opening, scheduled for late fall 2025, invites locals, tourists, and superfans to step into the real-world version of one of television’s most beloved hangouts.
