Go-do dancer, pin-up model, and burlesque performer Rosie Cheeks will be on hand to entertain you.

The menu for the evening begins with a sunchoke veloute with truffled crouton, following by lobster salad with a avocado, watermelon, and cilantro.

Then it’s on to rack of lamb in natural jus with fondant potato, pea purée. Dessert is a chocolate plate consisting of chocolate mousse, chocolate tart, and raspberry.

There are three options: Dinner plus an open bar plus the show is $300 a person. An open bar plus the show is $175. Dinner alone is $150 per person.
