Bar 314 New York:  Andrew LoPresto, executive chef and co-owner of Babbalucci, will be opening a second Harlem restaurant featuring the same artisan pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. The emphasis of this Italian-styled bar will also be on the cocktail program, which will feature 20-plus cocktails focusing on apertivos, digestifs and Italian bitters. The Ashford. Look for another spinoff, this one to open across the river in Jersey City, from the owners of New York’s Chinese Tuxedo and The Grayson. This 17,000 square-foot multi-level dining destination will offer New American food and craft cocktails. A rooftop space with open-air kitchen and raw bar will also be featured. Opening September. 145 Newark Avenue.
