Multiple award-winning singer and songwriter Mariah Carey is making the season brighter twice over this year.
First, she is promoting her Black Irish cream liqueur, which is crafted with aged Irish whiskey and available in three irresistible flavors — Original, Salted Caramel, and White Chocolate. The cordial was recognized by Wine Enthusiast as a Top 100 Spirit of 2023. (The name, Mariah notes, is a playful nod to her Black and Irish lineage: Her father, Alfred Roy, was of Black and Venezuelan descent, while her mother, Patricia, has an Irish background.)
Second, she is bringing her iconic holiday magic to life with Black Irish Holiday Bar pop-ups at Virgin Hotels in select cities, including New York. Guests can enjoy festive photo ops, interactive experiences like a “Letters to Mariah” station, singalongs to 30 years of Mariah’s hit Christmas tunes, and exclusive Black Irish cocktails. Set in a winter wonderland-themed space it’s the perfect way to toast the holidays throughout December.
