Apple pie, Mom, and a steak the size of a Bedlington Terrier: What could be more American? If you have tickets for an upcoming Mets game and are in the mood, the 38-ounce knob of the tenderest meat awaits you at Pat LaFrieda’s Chop House in the Clover Home Plate Club at Citi Field.

No price has been set yet for the beast, which could easily feed three or more, but the giant rib bone protruding from it can be custom-engraved at the customer’s request by LaFrieda himself.

Other newcomers for this season include:

  • Patty Palace, a fast-casual Caribbean restaurant owned by Chef Kwame Onwuachi;
  • Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird, famous for its fried chicken, which is brined for 24 hours, then double-fried to form a crackling exterior.
