On Tuesday, Sept. 23, Bar Madonna in Williamsburg will be welcoming San Francisco’s acclaimed cocktail bar True Laurel for a one-night-only pop-up. The event will be sponsored by Fords Gin and Maison Perrier.

The bicoastal collaboration will feature an original menu of cocktails and dishes centered around True Laurel’s signature fermentation practices, with Bar Director Nicolas Torres, Bar Lead Tone Arasa, and Chef de Cuisine Te’sean Glass popping up in the bar and in the kitchen.

Opened in 2017 by Torres and Chef David Barzelay, True Laurel has become a West Coast favorite for its hyper-seasonal cocktails and fresh, minimal aesthetic, earning a reputation for setting the standard in sustainable, locally driven bar programs. Known for their use of fermentation techniques and a food menu that stands on its own, True Laurel offers an experience where kitchen and bar work hand-in-hand to bring farm-to-table to the glass.

Tickets to the multi-course, immersive dinner experience are $150 per person and may be purchased here.
