If you enjoy cooking Italian and pairing the fruits of your culinary labors with a compatible wine, here’s your chance to parlay your talents into a trip for two to Italy.
For a limited time, Cavit wines is sponsoring a contest that requires no purchase. It does, however, call upon amateur chefs everywhere to submit their most innovative Italian recipes along with a recommendation for the Cavit wine that best complements it.
Recipes may be for a main course, a pasta, a pizza, or a dessert. You may enter as many recipes and pairings as you wish, provide you limit yourself to one entry a day. A photo of your creation is required. And here’s a hint: The winemaker is seeking our interesting twists on Italian-inspired classics.
