Roberta’s, the iconic New-York staple that pioneered the pizza scene, is hosting its third annual holiday pop-up, Grinchy’s, from Dec. 2 through Jan. 3 at its Tiki Bar in Bushwick. Their Domino Park and Penn Plaza locations will also shimmer with holiday lights, and diners can expect surprise visits from Santa at all three locations!

Roberta’s has teamed up with OpenTable, Peroni, and Feeld for its historically over-the- top Christmas holiday installation that transforms the Tiki Bar into a winter wonderland with ornaments, twinkling lights, and of course, Santa. Guests can sip festival cocktails such as the Hot Toddy, Frosty the Snowman, and Grinchy’s Old Fashioned. The feast-worthy special menu from Chef Carlo Mirarchi includes Grinchy’s Pretzels, Bee-Sting Popcorn (a riff on their legendary pie), and Christmas cookies.

New this year: The Bushwick location will have a Christmas tree lot, with glistening and towering deep green pine trees from Soho Trees; perfect to purchase before or after grabbing a bite at Roberta’s. Other special Bushwick activations are a Gingerbread House Challenge (Dec. 13), beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a competition at 2 p.m.
