Despite the most dire predictions, the New York restaurant scene weathered the COVID storm admirably. Yes, the city lost restaurants to the pandemic, but the indomitable spirit of its restaurateurs and restaurant-goers have prevailed.
This coming weekend, you can enjoy living proof of this perseverance at the thirteenth annual Best of the West, a culinary sampling of the best the Upper West Side has to offer. General admission tickets are available here for $135 ($114.75 if purchased with an American Airlines AAdvantage® Mastercard), while VIP tickets sell for $215.00 ($182.75 with the AAdvantage Mastercard). VIP ticket holders will enjoy an exclusive, hour-long preview of the event, which affords guests to mingle one-on one with celebrity chefs, as well as access to the event’s Bubbly Bar and a seating area.
