Sushi by Boū — the modern speakeasy-inspired omakase concept that reimagines the omakase experience, blending tradition with innovation — has opened its newest location in New Rochelle.

In keeping with the chain’s tradition of featuring a unique customized theme for each location, the New Rochelle branch will draw its inspiration from the pop art of the ‘60s, the Disco era of the ‘70s, and touches of ‘80s-style graffiti.

A central feature of the space is a white stone sushi counter at which up to 18 guests can enjoy a selection of craft cocktails, imported sake, and fine Japanese spirits as their seasoned sushi chefs expertly guide them through the 60-minute timed omakase discovery experience. A 12-course option is priced at $65; a 17-course option is $100. This is the brand’s largest sushi counter to date, accommodating 35 more guests in the bar and lounge area.
