On March 1, the Kosher Food & Wine Experience (KFWE) will go live again this year after a two-year hiatus necessitated by the COVID pandemic.
Hundreds of wines from over 60 wineries representing nearly every wine-producing region of the world will be offered at the in-person event along with an extensive menu of bites curated by Chefs Michael Solomonov and Gabe Garcia. Solomonov, an Israeli, is the 2011 James Beard Award winner for “Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic” and a 2016 James Beard Award winner for “International Cooking” and “Book of the Year.” Gabe Garcia, a California native, has become known for his bold dishes of American-inspired cuisine, all using exclusively fresh, locally-sourced ingredients for a true farm-to-table experience.
The KFWE was launched in New York 12 years ago and now features shows in Los Angeles, Miami, Tel Aviv, London, and Atlanta.
Tickets, which may be purchased here, range in price from $187.50 to $250. The event will be held at the Hilton Meadowlands.
