Next Sunday, Nov. 3, long-distance runners from as far away as Japan and Brazil, will line up at the far end of the Verrazano Bridge for the annual running of the New York City Marathon.

The first-place finishers in the elite men’s and women’s division (comprised solely of only professional and invited athletes) will each walk away with a cash price of $100,000.

But no runner will leave the race empty-handed. Threes Gowanus will reward all finishers with a free beer. Simply present your 2024 NYC Marathon finisher medal and you will be treated to a crisp, refreshing pint of Threes’ “All or Nothing,” a West Coast IPA.

If you’re not competing on Sunday, keep Threes Gowanus in mind as an ideal place to watch the race. (It is located directly on the route, 333 Douglass Street at Fourth Ave. and will be featuring food by Grand Army, coffee, cold beer, bathrooms and more.)
