Class in Session: Learn to Mix Asian-Inspired Cocktails

Liquor Labaratory, which bills itself as the city’s first interactive cocktail experience, is joining forces on Tuesday, March 6 with Tasting Table for a night of drinks and dumplings.

Participants will learn to perfect four Asian-inspired cocktails, each made with a different spirit: tequila, gin, rum, or bourbon. The cocktails include Szechuan Sipper, Spicy Sunrise, Lunar Lantern, and Bourbon Dragon.

In addition to shaking, stirring, and ultimately sampling these cross-cultural creations, students will enjoy a welcome glass of saké and munch on four varieties of Asian dumplings catered by the dum sum gurus at Nom Wah Nolita.

The event will run from 6:30 to 8:30. The cost of admission is $75. Tickets may be purchased here.

Liquor Laboratory, 138 Wooster Street.
